the entrance woudl ve been more impressive with a proper door, not a fire escape. the floors creaked so badly that i thought i was staying in a haunted house. also, i could have used a complimentary bottle of water, given the bone-dry air and my long journey. absoluteley disappointed, but i almost thought about writing a better review.

It was nice to have only 2 tea bags in the room but should have been at least 6, feels a bit stingy. The staff was friendly and quick to respond! I mean, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, really!
Not exactly cheap, but acceptable enough for what it was.

The double room was clean and modern. Everything was super comfy. Had an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. I loved the flat-screen TV and the wardrobe for my stuff. the staff were great, showing us to our room, which made us feel welcome right away.

It was just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Felpham with good value for money. The staff were friendly and quick to help when we needed extra pillows for comfort during our stay. Be ready for some noise from the street at night.
